ESL Levels
Basic
We typically split Basic into two levels: Beginner and Upper Basic. Class sizes are typically quite small, and we assess which class you will be in on the first day.
With Beginner, we start with the alphabet. But by the end of the course, you are making full sentences! In Upper Basic, we help you grasp the grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary to make your English more powerful 💪
Intermediate
We help you get comfortable speaking with confidence. We cover interesting topics here and provide upper-level activities to improve your listening, speaking and reading. A really great group!
Advanced
This level is heavily focused on speaking and conversation, as well as understanding high level texts and making mini-presentations. There is no textbook for this class. We discuss current events, debate cultural topics, and do some fun activities that get us interacting in English! It sometimes feels more like an English club than a proper class 😁
